    Server MJ was amazing he was very easy to yalk to and alot of fun. Food was ok, I never really get an amazing meal there. Lobster was a little dry. Filet cooked perfect. Daughters filet came out Med rare asked for med well. Just ok

    As always the food and staff were amazing and they never disappoint. What is becoming very visible is the lack of attention to overall cleaning of the customer areas. There was so much dust on the ledges of the boothes that it hasn't been wiped down in a very long time. The restrooms are disgusting. The doors are covered with years of fingerprints and dust and the lighting is absolutely horrible. We love the food and staff and will continue to eat hear but there are opportunities for improvement.

    We celebrated my Moms very special 85th Birthday last night at Ruth’s Chris in Estero. From the minute we walked in, it was truly a memory in the making. The food was excellent, our server was perfect (Amanda) and of course Peter the GM spoiled my Mom. The finale dessert topped off a great evening. I can’t thank everyone for making this memory wonderful for all of us….
