   Not the servers fault, but we waited for our food over 30 minutes. Drinks were coming slower, but right. Had a nice time.

   Restaurant was not very busy but beverage service was very slow. Salads and steaks came out in a nicely timed fashion. My glass of wine was delivered well after my steak was served 🤷‍♀️

   We went there for our anniversary and it was a great experience! The atmosphere, the timing of our food and drinks, the quality and especially the staff were all amazing. Our server, Devon, was so friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Ruths Chris isn’t what it once was. Everything, and I mean everything was sub-par given what we paid to eat. Service needs to be kicked up - way up. The staff just don’t cut it. We checked in and were sitting at a table close to the bar. When our table was ready, the lady starts yelling out my name. She should have walked over to us. It was ridiculous and embarrassing. The server rambled and would go missing. Somebody else picked up our appetizer plate, but didn’t take the other used dishes, glasses. The first bite of steak was gritty - literally. The shrimp were long and narrow - not very “meaty”. They ran out of mashed potatoes - a steak house running out of mashed potatoes…..hmmm. The wine was delicious! We paid $560 for three people (one a teenager). Won’t be going back.

   Had Thanksgiving dinner and the only item we didn’t like was sweet potato. Too too much brown sugar topping.

   Usual great food quality from a Ruth's Chris. This time, the service was not that great for a not too busy Tuesday night. And bar was apparently out of stock of a nubmer of selections.
