   Having just got in to town and enduring a mishap with our lodging , Ruth’s Chris was the right choice to make our night better.    Food was not what I expected. The creamy spinach was not creamy or flavored. Mac and cheese was soupy. The price didn’t match the quality or quantity.

   Great service: the valet parking was great. The check-in process was fast and efficient. Taking your coat was flawless. The servers were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The oysters on the half shell were fresh and delicious. The steak was just ok.

   We were seated in the pit and all of the servers were cutting through tables hitting my chair throughout dinner. We must’ve been seated just under the speaker because it was very loud at times. Our waitress wouldn’t close her mouth and that became very uncomfortable rather quickly. The Au gratin potatoes were not fully cooked. NY strip was very good, but it wasn’t enough to turn the night around. We would only accept a booth in the future.

   Server was excellent, food was excellent! Music was a little too loud. But the food made up for it

   Hello I would say the visit was ok. My filet was very dry. The fact that the manager and one other person walked around and watched people eat was very strange to me.

   The WAITET WAS AO UNPROFESSIONAL COULDNT GET ANYTHING RIGHT. I COMPLAINED TO 5 PEOPLE INCLUDING 2 PEOPLE ON THE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. THE GENERAL MANAGER WAS VERY RACIST TOWARDS ME AND MY DINNER GUEST CELEBRITY AND TREATED US HORRIBLY. He is HORRIBLE FOR THE BRAND I ASSURE YOU. I have been dining with RUTH CHRIS for 30 years and I have NEVER had this bad of a service all around the world.DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION AT ALL EVERRRR.

   We went for NYE and Matthew was our server. He was very nice and made our experience great! The cowboy ribeye was fantastic and so was the sweet potato casserole!

    Unfortunately the price increase for the new year was a little ridiculous and my food was not good at all.
