    Restaurant obviously quite old and dated. Poor service. Dessert ordered at end of meal was completely ignored and bill brought to table. Exorbitant cost did not nearly reflect actual experience.

    Absolutely wonderful! Husband and I came here for our anniversary! The treated us with a a champagne toast and dessert. Steaks and lobster Mac are always top tier. I prefer this location over the one downtown.

    We had a fabulous waiter, Robert, who made the entire dining experience even better. Chris the GM was so great coming to our table and talking to us for awhile, and both he and Robert made us feel like they truly appreciated us choosing their restaurant for dinner. As always the steaks were delicious and my friend had the pork hole that I will absolutely try next time. It was a great night, with great food and excellent service.

    We have dined at Ruth’s Chris many times in various markets and usually have an excellent experience, as the service and food is very reliable. However, this experience was not good. The service was poor… very slow and special requests were not accommodated. They didn’t even have bernaise sauce “because the machine is broken”. It took over 15 minutes to get our drinks after placing the order. The ahi tuna appetizer, wedge salad, and steaks were all delicious. The experience was simple dampened by poor service.

    The only thing that would have made this a full 5 star review is changing the music. While the music was pleasant, it seems that this type of restaurant begs, no screams, for Rat Pack type music.

    We frequent Ruth's often - wherever we travel and can find one. Alpharetta was as nice and the food was as good as any other one I've been to; they are consistent. It was New Year's Eve and we had reservations for a party of six, but we had to wait an hour before they could seat us. Management and the Hostess were genuinely apologetic so we sat at the bar and waited. Next time in Atlanta, we'll go back.

    Not well run like other Ruth’s Chris. Went for NYE with an 8pm reservation and not seated until 8:40. Bartenders and server were openly complaining about being overloaded, service took way too long and lacked the professionalism and quality I’ve come to expect from other locations. The food was mostly great, except too much dressing on the Caesar salad. A big miss for what should’ve been a fun celebratory dinner.
