   Not worth the time or money!! Culver's had better customer service. Understaffed, hostess and server were not very friendly. Two hours and 40 minutes for three couses. Nobody seemed to know what was going on? Once orders were placed nobody came by to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything. After the second course we waited 40 minutes for the last, did not get it till after I had asked the hostess. So upset by then I just asked to get the bill and leave, that took another 10 minutes. Towards the end all 8 tables in our section were complaining about the incompetence and poor service.

   The cost of Thanksgiving dinner was $52 per person. The first course we chose lobster bisque that smelled and tasted awful. We sent it back and got salads instead. The waiter brought me a Cesar salad instead of the beet salad as I had requested. I let that go since it was taking so long to get our food. The second course was good, turkey with dressing and mashed potatoes were good but green beans barely passable. The desserts were good but a very small portion. The waiter was nice, but I noticed a family who arrived after us had been served their meal ahead of us. This was not a great experience.

   I get that it was a holiday but service was really not great. Plates taken away while being eaten from, forever to get water refill. And then the lobster bisque was awful and had to be sent back. Way too expensive prix fixe menu for that quality level.

   We made reservations for Thanksgiving with the expectation that the food would be reasonably good at Sheraton Sand Key. Service was slow, but we also noticed that the servers were having to make their own drinks, which tells me that management has absolutely no idea how to run a restaurant. This slowed everything down, from drinks to general service. Then, when I found a long hair in my old fashioned, had to wait longer. They also seated the first half of our party at one table and then the next to arrive ended up at a different table on the other side of the restaurant. Eventually we found each other. It was a pre-fixe menu, and most of us started with the lobster bisque, which smelled fishy and left a grainy aftertaste in the mouth. The prime rib was lousy. Kinda tasteless and overcooked and they left off the horseradish but since our server was mixing drinks, we were done with our meals before we could mention it. Ended up with a coconut pineapple cake for dessert, and that was actually decent. Gonna guess it was premade from corporate and reheated, but that was probably the high note of the meal. Not gonna slam the servers. They’re doing their best. But, the management here is utterly clueless on how to run a restaurant. A simple pre-fixe menu with limited options should make this easier. Step up your game. Won’t be back.

   Despite a well attended jazz festival, the restaurant was partially filled with - not a good sign. Thought it might be price-sensitivity of the older crowd so stayed. Cocktails excellent - much better than at the only other bar where they were served exclusively in disposable plastic (not good for a Manhattan). Waiter was amiable and gave good advice on what was shareable. He and the other 2 servers were a bit slow given how sparse the crowd. Appetizers - Caesar salad in a Parmesan bowl and an unusual calamari - were okay. Calamari was a bit burnt. Shared a rigatoni dish - fine. Room service omelette, on the other hand was quite good and on time. Not sure if Rusty’s prepares it but wanted to add to be fair.

    I had looked on the website menu and it was different when I sat down to order. I was disappointed in that respect, because they did not have the items that I wanted. The food that I settled on was good. The wait staff was very friendly and efficient.
