   Food, service, value all excellent! 10 out of 10!! However, the loud noise level was horrific; to be fair, we will visit again soon to compare.

   As usual the food was delicious and our server, Aaron, was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the Wild Salmon Nicoise and Honey Dijon Cobb. It was later in the afternoon so the noise level was low. Whenever you go, Ruscello is always a very enjoyable experience.

   Service was wonderful and my Cilantro Lime Salad with ground chicken was delicious. The noise volume was a little loud during the lunch rush hour. Highly recommend.

   When making a reservation, they ask if you are celebrating a special occasion. I indicated a birthday. My mom showed up to dinner with a lei and our server asked us if we were celebrating anything. Again, I mentioned that it was my mom’s birthday. However, there was no birthday dessert. In the past, I believe there was a complimentary birthday dessert, but furthermore, why ask when taking a reservation if you are celebrating a special occasion if you aren’t even greeted with a “Happy birthday” or anything. That would just show good customer service and appreciation that a person chose your eating establishment to celebrate their special occasion. I was quite disappointed in their lack of acknowledging that.

   The server today was the worst service I have ever had at this restaurant! This is one of my favorite restaurants and I bring many guests here but, today was....... We told her we wanted to order again but she didn't come back to order a while. And she said we were going to share the food but she didn't even bring us plate so we couldn't share for a while and we called her many times but she didn't come back many times. my kids were waiting forever. Even the water was empty and Another server brought the plate and water. She didn't even apologize, and she glared at us!!
