   Despite arriving a couple minutes late, we were seated within a few minutes at a table that met our special request. The initial service was a little slow to our liking, but once our server made it to our table, the service was excellent and timely throughout. All of our food and drinks were top quality and perfect portion size. I would definitely frequent RPM Italian again and highly recommend it to others.

   We were there at 4pm when they opened. Seemed there was only 1 server for all tables. We were greeted promptly and had our drinks, but we waited forever to order food and forever to get our food. We had empty drinks that never had refills. This was our first time to an RPM restaurant and the service was poor.

   I was taking out a client and when we checked in the ladies at the front told us they were running 10 min behind. They sent us to have a drink in the bar but the bar was packed and there was nowhere to stand. I kept checking in every 10 min and our table was still not ready. They were clearly overwhelmed and dealing with lots of angry customers who were also tired of waiting. The whole restaurant did not have the feeling of a well run coordinated operation. I felt like the seasoned staff were off for the weekend and we were left with the inexperienced crew. We waited over a half an hour for our table and then we got stuck in a cramped little high top table in the bar. Food was outstanding and our server was a true professional. The kitchen was putting out delicious plates. Everything we ordered was amazing. Our server was a 10 out of 10. I will try RPM Italian again.

   Josh was outstanding in preparation for our first RPM visit. Meatballs were the best we had ever had. My husband's lobster ravioli was so good! Truffle bread was good. My eggplant parmesan was cold in the middle. Finding the ultra thin layers of eggplant were challenging. There was so much breading and cheese in the dish I never tasted the eggplant.

   This was my third time at the restaurant, it was an awful experience. We waited 45 minutes after our scheduled reservation for a table. When we got to our table the waiter and assistant rushed us. The food was not great. Wouldn’t go back.
