The food was good and the service was great. Just the value is pricey. Definitely a shout out to the waiter he was very attentive.

Chef had no interaction with us at table. Shrimp weren’t cooked thoroughly and neither was the chicken. Too dark in restaurant to read the menu.

Just disappointing all around. Very expensive for food. Did not get any “show” at all…just food cooked in front of you. Salad was SWIMMING in dressing. Plain white rice just put in small bowls in front of you LONG before food ready. Overall mediocre.

We were celebrating a birthday and had a party of 6 and were seated in a booth which was very comfortable and roomy. We had a delicious meal and our server was friendly, lively and very efficient. Our hibachi chef was excellent. The quality of food was delicious. From the filet to the chicken and the shrimp, everything was perfect. Thank you for a memorable evening.

overall, it was like it has been for years, however, there are some things today that makes this at most a 2 star place... our server lauren took our order, and never came back til the end asking what we wanted for dessert (ordered the crown menu) and brought the check, thus the service was BAD second, they now charge a 18% service charge on top of increasing prices likely due to the wage changes. NO NOTICE ANYWHERE THEY ARE DOING THIS, AND IT IS JUST THERE ON THE CHECK AND THEY ASK FOR MORE TIP ON THE CHECK! IF CHICAGO IS MAKINGTHEM PAY A "LIVING WAGE" DON'T PUT ON ME MORE TIP FOR BAD SERVICE, DON'T PUT ON ME ANY TIP, LET ME DECIDE THAT..PEOPLE GETTING THE LIVING WAGE SHOULD LET THE CUSTOMER DECIDE IF ANYTHING IS TO BE ADDED, DO NOT JAM ME UP WITH THAT THIRD, the portions are noticeably smaller. next time, benihana!!

i’ve been coming here for over 25 years and the new owners have just run it into the ground. the food is not as good. the chef didn’t season our food at all. it was extremely bland and i’m just overall disappointed. this isn’t the ROJ that it used to be.
