    Lovely venue with beautiful surroundings and food excellent and drinks good variety coffee good Dog friendly too The staff are lovely too Have been 3 times and will certainly go there again

    Brilliant from start to finish. Particularly good food. A cut above pub grub. I’m going back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Owl to my friends

    What a great place , we were a party of four for Sunday lunch, and what a lunch, it was first class and very reasonable too, would recommend to everyone, but would advise to book your table.

    Meeting friends - tables apart from 1, very small for 4 person ding. Staff very pleasant but having to go to the bar for every requirement is tedious & awkward sometimes. Food (pies x4) - pastry b very hard, filling nonexistent and more cabbage than mash potato. Wouldn’t recommend or return in a hurry.

    First time eating here after the renovation. Lots of promise - nice food, responsive staff and comfortable surroundings. Once the waiting staff settle into their roles and gain confidence it will become a great place to eat.
