The meat used at MONMOM is our original brand of "Tokachi Herb Beef.
The cattle are fed with several kinds of herbs according to their growth, and are raised slowly over a long period of time while maintaining their physical condition.
We raise our cattle in the rich natural environment of Tokachi and feed them herbs,
We have reached this goal by taking the time to carefully observe our cows.

The beef are excellent; better than A5. Side dishes are good except they are very small. Arrangement for self grilling is perfect; We can cooked the steak to our liking.

Regardless of the fact that we had a confirmed reservation, they did not assign us a table, they did not give us service and they removed us from the establishment… lousy place! 😔
