整體水平下降，等待餐點的時間比用餐時間長很多，客人也不算多，大概也是因為缺工，出餐速度慢，添茶水，添冰沙幾乎沒有，不如改成自助式不要收服務費

服務人員細心親切，非常滿意！這次在OpenTable上的附註都有幫我們準備，甚至貼心的為我們拍照留念，下次還會再來。

明顯人力不足，服務品質不佳，基本的倒水都沒辦法服務好，餐點出餐速度非常慢，出餐也是一團亂，明明點了兩道同樣的主菜服務人員送上第一道後覺得不確定遊把另一道端走三分鐘後才又端回來，王品集團居然能走到這檔次也算是開了眼界

用餐到最後，想喝熱茶，但找了第3個服務人員說要加熱茶，最後才喝到。前2位服務人員都是說好，然後就忘了。

新菜單很不錯，賞心悅目外細品後著實讓人有名符其實創作料理之感！唯獨…飲料部分期待還是能有熱咖啡選項。
