   假日客人較多菜盤碗及湯匙常常不夠是否可加強人員餐具的補齊及現場巡視.避免客人要什麼沒什麼影響用餐氛圍

   食材新鮮多樣，補充的速度也很快，不會讓客人等候。服務人員的素質不錯，態度親切，對於客人的要求能立即回應。

   Hello kitty火鍋超級可愛！！味道就是牛奶鍋，店員還會協助添加起司，搭配奶油白菜特別好吃😋❤️

   聚新店民權店，服務員Momo，服務很客氣，說明很清楚，安排位置很適合，整体感覺很好，價位適中，下次有機會再去消費。👍👍👍

   品項多跟同品牌重複,若要吃火鍋,同價位會有其他更多選擇,這一餐平均一人大概八百左右,其實已經可以吃其他更多火鍋吃到飽可以挑選了

   除了服務不錯之外，沒有想要再去的想法，肉有腥味，甜點可以自己加料這點不錯，湯頭普通、肉質普通。

   用餐整體的環境及服務都算不錯; 這次我們點的是牛豬瀑布套餐, 不過美中不足的是豬肉的腥味很重!
