時間未夠就停止線上下單點菜，要找服務員下單，很不方便。食物送來都不知道是什麼，也不清楚什麼有送來休麼還未到。請檢討

去年曾經朋友訂位一起去用過餐兩次，當時體驗感覺很不錯，想說自己訂位帶家人一起去吃體驗一下，沒想到消費的感覺很差，用餐過程中點的一種不知道叫什麼名稱的牛肉，是由人員來現場現切給我們，第一次點的時候有人員來現切，之後點的都沒有服務人員來切肉，到快要結束的時候跟服務人員反應他們才過來拿了一疊單子說他要立刻補給我，我說我們都吃飽了，你現在切那麼多份補給我們我們也吃不下，所以就再也沒去消費了！台中是燒肉天堂，那麼多家燒肉餐廳可選擇，不一定要回頭再消費

誤以為旁邊是店家停車場，結果是私人，超貴的。不知道為什麼停車場牆上還一堆肉次方的字樣，直接誤會，早知道停別邊的停車場還比較便宜！！

因為烤肉需要時間，有些食材需全熟才安全，加上我們座位爐子好像有點狀況會嗶嗶叫且烤的很慢熟，用餐時間到了我們還沒烤完根本就來不及把它吃完，工作人員就趕著要收桌，吃的超級無敵緊張的

整體服務不錯，唯一有點美中不足的是在烤油花比較多的牛肉時，火勢有點難控制，轉到最小火還是很大，有點危險。

食材上桌速度快，也不會因為點的量多，就少上數量，這個問題對吃到飽來說很重要，很多餐廳都會刻意少上數量，讓用餐人變得很麻煩要很頻繁的點，但肉次方不會，是相信顧客的，這點很棒
