肉品質優良，上餐快速，有桌邊服務，店員反應快速服務品質很好，唯一麻煩處是週邊停車較難尋，非常推薦用餐

肉烤到燒焦一開始幫烤的人員我跟他說了兩次可以先烤玉米嗎？小孩在吵了，都不動作！（服務人員都帶著耳麥都沒在聽人說話！）有個服務員一直要收回點餐本，我說先不要，還瞪大眼睛看我，想要搶！餐點非常普通！（幫忙烤的肉還烤焦）幫客烤肉的最後夾肉時，肉還掉在桌上，還夾起來繼續放在盤子上給我們吃！（我有看到！）上菜非常慢！最後結帳時，店員問有會員嗎，我說有，我找了很久找不到app，我再次問店員，店員非常小聲說什麼美食，我又再次問你們app叫什麼名字，店員竟然直接回答我‘’我剛剛說過了‘’瘋美食！我就請問我再問一次怎麼了嗎！你們需要這樣說話嗎！這是我吃王品集團感覺最差的一次！

餐點品質及服務不錯，像我們二大二小點3人套餐，都吃的有點飽，值得推薦家庭聚餐好地方，透過opentable系統訂位置方便，我已經利用這個app訂過很多次位置，因為直接可以在系統中看見餐廳因是否有位置，超級方便的

對兒童非常友善，服務貼心! 此次來原燒幫老公慶生，使用 "王品APP" 當月壽星整桌可打88折 2024年6月來，壽星會送一個香草冰淇淋，店員協助拍照印出送給我們燒肉本身幾乎都是沒醃漬過的肉片，如果是愛吃原肉的會很適合

肉的品質是好的…醃製蒜片也好吃…但特製調味醬及多格配菜醬料並不好吃！希望能再多一個胡椒鹽之類的選項！另外包肉生菜最後才上然後才兩片…有點錯愕！

沒菜單介紹只說明直接線上點餐，建議收到訂單後應該可以再次與客人確認（台北店就有）不然等到餐點送上也無法更換，畢竟自行點單難免疏漏有誤！畢竟有人不吃牛肉的，吃不了這麽多牛肉還要額外多單點其他肉

希望把有幼兒園的分開安排不是排斥小孩，而是有些父母不懂的讓小孩儘量避免影響別人用餐，會感到不是太好

Cp 值不高一樣的錢寧願去老井燒肉小菜六種都一點點還要加錢買荔枝冰茶超死甜肉質普通服務人員很熱情
