we accept appointments within 60 days from the first of the current month.
If you make a reservation from now on,means you agree to abide by the relevant terms about conditions of cancellation or no-show. To protect your rights,each reservation needs to be bound with a credit card deposit of $1500 NTD per person to finish the reservation. Within three days(inculding meal date). Any cancellation or changes in the number of people will be charged 100% deposit.

If dietary restrictions are informed on the day,no meal changes will be made. Most of seafood items in the set menu. If you have more allergens or don't eat seafood, please consider self situation than making reservation.
We can facilitate ovo-lacto vegetarian people, do not have vegan option at the time.
To ensure other guests right and avoid wasting food. Any changes or cancellations must inform us at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date.
The meal Preparation at same table need to wait for everyone to arrive.
Restaurant minimum order is one set per adult.
For lunch,feast set menu($3680+10%) and chef menu($5380+10%) are available. Need to inform us when booking.(The whole table must choose the same set meal). For dinner, only chef menu($5380+10%) are available. Lact-ovo vegetarian set($3280+10%) are available for all day.
Reservations will be hold at least 15 mins from the reservation time.
The corkage charge for 750ml wines is $1,000 NTD, for 1.5L wines and spirits is $1,500 NTD.

It is a small restaurant that is divided into two sections of which one is by the bar area facing the kitchen door and is noisy and another is a small dining room. Tables are too close to each other and you can hear other tables’ guests talking. Food quality is good and belongs to the upper echelon of the two star restaurants that we frequented before in other cities such as Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, Tokyo , Osaka. You are presented with a set menu for 13 courses which give you plenty of food to satisfy your stomach. You remembered food that you ate and it is always a good sign of being an outstanding restaurant. The wine list is weak and does not present too many choices . Sommelier is not too professional when handling wines as he kept leaving drops on the table after he poured. The restaurant needs to slow down their services between meals and the servers are always rushing yo remove your plate when the others have not yet finished . Price wise it is not expensive as a two star restaurant. We will go back again next time we visit Taipei. I would recommend friends to go to try but with the assumption of only average service standard.
Excellent presentation of Spanish-influenced dishes utilizing locally sourced ingredients. Food tasted great and the service was attentive. Wine pairing was great complement to the diahes.
