    雖然服務人員很用心介紹，但餐廳音樂大太聲了，服務員介紹菜單時音量就被影響了，也就沒聽到服務人員帶位時有說，點好單後要先到櫃台結帳，當我們點好單後等了半小時，未見送菜上桌，經詢問服務人員才知要先至櫃台結帳，是我們沒注意到要先結帳，如果服務人員用點心，應該可以發現有客人坐了半小時都沒點，用餐心情應該更開心一點，謝謝

    預約時間跟實際用餐時間等太久了 至少半小時以上 有待改進 ，訂9:15報到，在門口等了半小時之後才進去

    醬料取用區少了些醬料，桌上餐巾紙沒了未補上，很特別，因為今天是平常日，生意還好而已。 加油了湯棧。

    上腹牛有點太油 其餘都不錯 飲料與醋飲都好喝 剝皮辣椒鍋跟燒酒鍋也都滿好吃的 下次還會再來

    火鍋湯底比較普通，主打台式口味，嘗試麻油鍋沙茶鍋剝皮辣椒鍋，都蠻普通沒有什麼特別。 豬肉品質不錯，吃起來Q彈沒有腥味。

    好吃~但價格可以稍稍再降一點，麻油炸彈一顆要30元覺得有點太貴了，環境一切都好，用餐空間很舒適，提供的醬料也好吃

    用餐人數多時服務可能會稍微慢一些些，整體而言是很棒的，東西好吃座位寬敞沒有壓迫感，會想繼續光顧用餐！選人少時用餐或許體驗會更佳的棒吧！

    一直很喜歡台中的環境，用餐空間很大吃完身上也不太會有火鍋味，很推薦的餐廳，每次想吃火鍋的優先選擇。
