牛排都有筋不好咬與鄰桌的2位女客人反應,也都說不好吃,螃蟹較小隻沒肉且手摸過後有魚腥味,回家後還要再洗乾淨,生魚片與舒芙蕾好吃。

飲品，食物和服務水準穩定！今次安排坐在角落位置，每次都行一段路才可以拿到食物。但添熱水就方便很多。😉

當天Sogo天母店停電，一直沒有確定是不是會開，也沒有客服人員來回報，電話一直忙線中苦等2小時。去電只能等回電，接到回電已經是下午三點的時間，也沒解決問題。

整體用餐的體驗是非常棒的, 唯獨在食用金錢蝦餅的時候, 從蝦餅中吃出了一塊的塑膠袋, 當場跟服務人員反映, 得到的回覆僅僅是因為食材非現場製作而是廠商供應, 會向廠商反映; 但我認為重點應該是顧客的用餐體驗整個被破壞了, 除了向廠商反映外更該向顧客說明後續持續處裡的狀況, 我們關心的是還可以在過去用餐嗎? 會不會有類似的狀況再發生? 只是這部分很可惜, 顯然沒有照顧到顧客的感受, 建議餐廳要嚴正看待此事!

此次是第一次去天母用餐，菜色多樣，現場快速補足檯面的菜，收盤小姐、結帳小姐服務態度都不錯，環境乾淨明亮，愉快經驗，會再去用餐。

Overall is good! However, it would be better to post instructions somewhere easy to see about check-in and entering processes! The entering for meal process could be quite confusing to those first comers!

環境乾淨、氣氛佳、餐點各式多樣化、海鮮也很新鮮最喜歡的就是蝦子的部分，果然海港城的海鮮名不虛傳啊～已經在同一家店吃了2～3次，每次的體驗都讓我難以忘懷，下次家人生日還是會首選到海港城慶祝🥳

取餐動線不好，人很多很擠。生魚片排很久，師傅慢工出細活。不過熱食還不錯，種類很多且好吃。蝦子很新鮮又大隻，很好吃。甜點精緻也好吃。
