肉品每次出來都不一樣、分不出和牛還是一般牛肉、肉片偏薄跟紙片一樣、不太滿意這樣品質、不會想來第二次光顧

一坐下來要準備點餐，服務人員完全沒有幫忙介紹菜單，就是問說要點什麼？什麼鍋底？今天是來家庭慶生的，用餐時間快結束前的15分鐘，就請服務人員幫忙整理桌子，因為要切蛋糕，收了鍋子走，剩下的杯杯盤盤完全沒有繼續來收拾，於是用餐時間已經快結束了，剛整理完餐桌，那位點餐的服務人員又來說：用餐時間結束囉，外面有候位的客人已經到了。？？？真的滿頭問號，這樣的服務態度真的不可能再來二訪用餐！！！！！！！！！

人手不太夠，都沒人收盤子帶位後就被放生在座位上等了10 分鐘去問怎麼沒人來處理開鍋還被嘴說啊你要自己按服務鈴啊終於點完第一輪後再等了15分鐘東西才到說真的到最後也不會吃滿 2 小時所以其實沒差但就是不太舒服...

座位稍小，餐桌擺放肉盤、菜盤與飲料後，用餐時拿碗與沾醬盤很擠⋯⋯建議於邊角較小的座位，增設立地式的置物架。

自己做鬆餅好玩又好吃，加上冰淇淋超讚，還有紫米紅豆湯❤️ 蔬菜選擇多樣又新鮮，可以蔬菜吃到飽！來吃過的都說讚👍

自助吧許多品項備料不足或是補給速度太慢晚餐時段連芥末都缺貨有點誇張送餐機器人一直卡住導致送餐緩慢

桌子蠻小放菜盤基本就滿了得放到椅子上，覺得空間有點擠，食物這價格真的很好還有壽司和鬆餅，真的非常飽，空間應該是無法改善了，還是推推
