   服務人員很貼心，調整座位時間點餐錯誤或追加改單、都非常有耐心。中西式餐點都很不錯、鬆餅一直都維持很好的品質。

   濃湯附的麵包表皮太硬 炸物也略乾，快要割喉嚨 香草冰淇淋太甜、蒙布朗太黏膩 其他餐點味道、口感都很好

   飯不Q,都黏在一起。分享盤太小，叉子和湯匙放在上面容易掉下來，桌子太小，四人桌，放三份餐點就放滿了。

   點餐完等了快半小時什麼都沒上，即使飲料是指定「先上」，也不會在枯等期間先端上桌….提醒服務生，得到的答案是本來就要等半小時左右

   非常好吃, 值得特別去一次 特別推薦起司瀑布和牛漢堡 & 炊飯系列 並且另外加購巧克力鬆餅, 飲料的部分也很讚

   入座後半小時才過來點餐，途中舉手表示要點餐好幾次了，也都沒有人前來回應，現場也只有一位工作人員在協助點餐，似乎人手有些不足，入座後一小時才上菜，這個速度還能接受，我在高雄夢時代店用餐時，點完餐後，工作人員有招待每人一串炸小飯糰，雖然不確定原因為何，但至少在等待期間不會覺得很空虛及不悅，當時體驗很好，想說回來竹北再帶家人來用餐，沒想到這次體驗極差，且原本價格就不低，再加上這樣的服務品質，下次不會再來竹北店了。

    平日晚餐等待超久 等了一個小時 終於上菜 是餐後甜點先上 主食還沒好 比我晚到的客人都上餐 真的不知道為什麼可以等那麼久 點一份薯條 75分鐘後都無法上菜 直接事先告知需要等待一個小時 讓客人可以選擇要不要等 比事後道歉更有價值 好好的生日餐被搞砸 等太久吃完連蛋糕都來不及去買店都要打烊了 非常對不起壽星 非常後悔選擇該店
