    服務人員未主動說明有自助吧的部分 直到用餐結束要離開時 才看到有其他桌客人使用自助餐吧 才知道有自助吧可以使用 今日為兩人用餐 點了兩份鍋物另外再加點一份肉盤 服務人員上菜都是直接硬塞 整個桌面根本沒位置放 後面另外一位服務人員才出面說明肉盤可以疊在一起 節省空間 如果你是一個比較不注重服務品質的客人 想找一家填飽肚子又不太難吃的店 可以選擇這家 總體10分給7.5分～～～

    肉的品質還不錯，菜盤太少，服務人員看起來很多，但也是忙不過來，都用機器貓送餐，服務體驗比較差，要詢問問題都要找人，手機可以點餐直接結帳，整體服務變少，價錢就是一般火鍋店的價位

    餐點尚可，價格算是平價。食材鮮度還可以。如果期待除了火鍋外，還有其他的自助餐檯的客人，就不建議前往了。如果單純想吃一鍋火鍋，品質還可以的，是可以選擇。

    Please prepare an English and Korean menu. Foreigners have a hard time ordering at the kiosk. They need someone to help them.

    Food was tasty and crews were nice. I realized that why so many Koreans love this place so much. It was very satisfying dinner.

    從香港來台灣吃喝玩樂！最欣賞輕井澤鍋物的服務和食品；價錢超值；400台幣就有一個餐，在香港快餐店也不成！食品質量高又衞生！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    值得拜訪，用餐環境很舒適，陳組長非常的棒，服務很好，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺，如果你想要吃火鍋，一定要來輕井澤唷。

    服務人員帶我們入座後，發現我老婆懷孕，貼心的幫我老婆拿一個靠枕，菜盤菜也夠，不會太少，這次點伊比利豬跟雪花牛，不會有豬肉的腥味，雪花牛的肉也非常嫩，小孩很愛吃。整體用餐感受還不錯。
