正逢雙十連假去用餐，可能因前組客人用餐較慢，所以影響了後面的用餐時間，當天訂位為7點，到實際入座時已經7點30分了，但是櫃檯接待的人員非常客氣，也一直跟我們致歉、並招待一份魚片，有沒有招待東西不是重點，而是這位人員在跟我們解釋為何延遲時間、用詞語氣上都不會讓人感到不適，所以就算等了一下子也不影響這次的用餐體驗，算是吃多次花蓮遠百店下來第一次感受良好，很可惜沒有記到當天人員的名字就是了。

用餐時發現桌旁有蟑螂，嚴重影響我們的食慾及用餐品質；雖然，我們自己處理好並請服務人員更換桌上小垃圾桶，是有處理，但沒反應很理所當然的樣子；顧客會認為：哦，這不乾淨在這餐廳常發生，下次是否來用餐自己考慮清楚！

哇!原來這裡寫評價需要50個字數以上.... 我覺得火鍋料種類太少都是蔬菜類的鍋料一堆蘿蔔冬瓜等很少見的火鍋食材蛋餃燕餃魚丸都沒有安格斯還不錯平日中午跟晚上.假日同等級價位還不同我覺得紫米可以放小麻糬跟做成冷的
