**訂位**
1. 每月份1日中午12:00起即開放到次月份月底之訂位（例：在6/1可以訂到7月底以前的訂位）
2. 我們全面採網路訂位，不開放電話訂位、現場訂位。
3. 如遇網路訂位額滿，或訂不到您要的時段，我們仍有保留空桌，您可以〈現場候位〉，等候時間視當日現場狀況
4. 每1組電話只能訂1次，為了讓客人都有訂位用餐的機會，限定每1組電話可訂位次數為1次，若期間需增加訂位，請提供別組電話訂位。
5. 當日入席桌位不開放指定，須依現場桌面狀況而定，訂位成功後，當日於現場須依工作人員指引入席。

1.湯底內容說明：
(1)大骨昆布清湯底：豬大骨、昆布熬製
(2)麻辣湯底：花椒、各式辣椒磨粉、辣椒醬、香油熬製而成（不包含動物性油脂：牛油、雞油、豬油）

2.孕婦可否食用麻辣鍋呢？
因我們的湯底皆為辛香料材熬煮成，沒使用『人蔘』、『番紅花』等刺激宮收縮的藥材，許多客人從懷孕到生小孩後都來用餐，但因每人的體質不同，我們仍建議顧客有任何疑慮請詢問醫師，並且依個人狀況斟酌用餐

3.食物過敏原資訊：
(1)麻辣湯底：「含有」大豆.芝麻.蠶豆

今次係第2次食，餐廳環境氣氛好好，播放歌曲俾人一種愉快嘅感覺，仲可以免費點3首自己鍾意嘅歌曲🎵，食物質數都唔錯👍，服務員態度很好，好親切，主動！推薦！

重回改裝後的敦南店果然很有氛圍，味道跟印象中的一樣。服務人員很有熱情，感受得到對工作的熱愛(?) 記得加入會員，有優惠菜單

每位服務生都非常親切熱心面帶微笑用餐環境乾淨整潔食物新鮮好吃，雖然覺得湯頭煮到最後有點太鹹（下次會請他們加清水就好）最後甜點有小巧思整體用餐體驗很好

台北麻辣鍋前三名，鴨血滑順味道足不會有腥味，豆腐也都有入味，可依個人喜好加點，用餐超過五次都沒有點到很雷的食物，飲料稍甜記得加冰塊，雪寶口味會更換，清爽解膩。

超級難訂，但店裡吃還是比外帶好吃。很喜歡retro 的裝潢～店裡很吵但在包廂裡就好很多！白菊酸梅汁非常好喝、鴨血好嫩👍🏼

這次體驗是服務沒有以前好了，讓人很失望，畢竟是特別帶國外朋友過去，湯頭吃到最後有點鹹，豬血還是很好吃的。

麻辣火鍋湯底很好，不是只有辣跟麻，有香料味，很好！牛小排肉質也好，TWD600 對得起價錢！自家店的酸梅啤酒也很特別！唯一是訂位有少少難，－個月前才訂到！
