We were 5 friends who dined together last night. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious and it is not at all noisy! My only complaint was that it was a bit expensive, not typical of Chinese food. But the food wasnt typical either. It was unusual and every dish was well prepared. The staff was lovely too!

We waited for an hour before leaving with no food. They just kept saying it’s coming out. It’s coming out and it never did so. We didn’t even taste any food. Quite honestly terrible service terrible management.

They initially told us a table downstairs was for us then sat us upstairs amongst boxes after. When we complained they gave us the table they had first claimed was ours. We never ate. Took them 30 minutes to put our order in and it never came so we left. Never going back.

They were completely unprepared for our reservation THey wanted us to go upstairs which requires you to traverse a narrow dark unsafe stairway to sit by ourselves in a messy cold room They finally squeezed us I. On a small table in the front by the door where they have no protection from the cold. We couldn’t get food other table was being served the manager was basically very apologetic but useless and while they said they “comped” something’s for all of our inconvenience they plainly did not So beware of going there on any night you expect them to be busy So disappointing an experience
