The service was leaving a lot to be desired sadly. Quite a few staff on (not a huge number of customers) not super warm or helpful. Waited 30 minutes to have our order taken and and 30 to have plates cleared after we finished, the staff spilt water all over the table and didn’t clear it up. As far as looking at our empty plates and continuing to walk past. We had to ask for some things multiple times and even then, they never showed up. The food was fine, but not outstanding. I sadly would not recommend (This was our second visit for reference).

Loved the food and drinks ! Service was great at the start of the meal and then they seem to forget about us after main course . It would have been nice for the people waiting on tables to ask us if we wanted a coffee/ tea after lunch rather then us having to go to them to ask for service. We didn’t know they had cakes to take home or eat there till we were paying our bill near the cake display. Rebooked for Monday as I loved the food and coffee so much, hoping the service is good throughout our time eating / drinking there.

Ordered drinks upon arrival that got forgotten to be bought out. Mains bought out at different times- some nearly finished before others got their food. Took cutlery from entree not brining some back for mains - had to ask. Pizzas ok , other main food void of flavour. Was there for a birthday and not a pleasant experience at all.

So diappointed. Have been watching this place grow for 6 months and finally made it in. The gnocchi were tough, old and sauce burnt. The crab spaghetti was a bit flavoursome, there was no crab to see . Only highlight was the fried cauliflower. So sad to say, but wont be going again :(

The service was very professional and personalised to suit all customer types. The food was really affordable and beautiful. This was the second time I have dined there and it certainly will not be the last.

Very pleasant venue. Friendly and helpful service. Excellent food. I was with good company and we had a really good, comfortable and unhurried time together. Huge thanks and many blessings.

Service was pretty good especially for a busy day. It a nice venue but keeps struggling for a decent chef. Food was fairly average. The pizza wasn’t cooked properly and a bit soggy and doughy. Kids offer was deep fried pieces of chicken thigh which was a bit tough and fatty. Middle eastern chicken salad was nice.
