the food made at Nobu seems to have been made with care. you can see it in presentation, in the well blended flavours. we had the Brunch's Miso Cod and although we enjoyed that, its not better than the Chilean Sea Bass. it filled me with a kind of warmth, like you were drinking a hearty soup. i would've ordered another if i wasn't feeling so full from the other good food that was on the self service counters. if i have the opportunity to eat there everyday, I would not have mind. that's what i was thinking while eating there.

Excellent birthday dinner for my girlfriend. Exceptional service and food along with a great ambiance. Must try when in Singapore.

Great steakhouse in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Sides are large enough to share.

We enjoyed very much our dinner, the steaks were delicious, service and ambience very cozy but we found it very expensive, specially the wines. But we highly recommend this restaurant for all the meat lovers.
