- MmishelleNashville •5 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoWeird combination! Narrow structured space (The old Maple Street Grill) has a new vibe! The big screen TVs lining the walls shout sports bar. The weird pop music from famous Y2K girl bands plus lighting that is just "off" makes one wonder - "What am I in for??" The waitress we had was pleasant and seemed new. When I asked about wine by the bottle she had to ask someone else. It isn't listed on the menu. We did find out that we could purchase a bottle but a chiller was not provided - it did get a bit warm. The grilling your own food experience is fun and certainly adds to the dining experience. We hit serious issues when we simply could not get more rice! Sounds bizarre but it was a bummer! Our food had some "kick" to it so the rice would help with the neutralizing of the spice. After numerous request for additional rice I simply took matters into my own hands and asked someone behind the bar. We did enjoy the food and the perceived value. Service and atmosphere can hopefully benefit from the mandatory group meetings.More infoFire Korean BBQPrice: Expensive• Korean• Murfreesboro•4.3
- EErnestVIPNashville •37 reviews5.0Dined on 28 Nov 2024We decided to try Thanksgiving dinner out this year and we like Puckett’s so we figured we would try it. Very busy which we were happy to see. We were seated right away and enjoyed a delicious meal. Salads were excellent and too big to eat! Meats included meat loaf, pulled pork, and of course turkey. With all the expected sides such sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, corn bread stuffing. We took leftovers home, along with pumpkin and pecan pie and apple cobbler. We were really happy with the experience, everyone was wonderful and we will do this again!More infoPuckett's MurfreesboroPrice: Moderate• Southern• Murfreesboro•3.9

Discover Murfreesboro
After learning to cook at their grandmothers’ knees, many restaurant owners in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, have gone on to open great restaurants featuring Southern comfort food, like turnip greens, fried chicken and peach cobbler. There are plenty of opportunities to get a steak in this community with many chefs giving creative presentations to this old favorite of Tennesseans. Hog shoulder cooked over hickory wood and served with a sweet-tangy sauce is a popular lunchtime preference. Despite an emphasis on great American cuisine, this city has ethnic restaurants that many diners love. Bang-bang shrimp fixed with mayonnaise, Thai chili sauce and Sriracha is beloved by many. Other ethnic choices include Mexican, Italian and Greek. The slower pace of life in Murfreesboro makes it a great place to enjoy dining out.
