Although it was sent back willingly and a fresh hot meal arrived, it disturbed the flow of the evening. We paid the full price of the meal whereas maybe a gesture from management would have been helpful. The coffee pots (which we always enjoy with the cream) were very tarnished - a quick polish with a silver cloth would not go amiss.
