- JJamesVIPDallas - Fort Worth •195 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHO HO HO! Here is an endaring Christmas Story, that the Spirit of Al Biernat would smile. My Party of 11, yes, 4 aldults, 7 kids, had a reservation at another restaurant because Als was packed. I had tried for two weeks. No big deal. We got an 8p Reservatoin at the other place and came at 6p, I asked to be put on waiting list. Mayne something would pop. At 7:45p, our 8p table was now about 8:30p. I OPEN TABLED Al Biernat! And, boom, there is an 8:15p reservation we could get. And We went the 1 mile distance and got put in the Treehouse, private room. Service fantastic, Food Great. Service Prompt. Hungry little kids (my grands) waiting on Santa. Out by 9:30p ,santa did his thing. Als cetainly helped that with cheer, promptness and efficiency. All the managers, bartenders, EVERYONE was incredible. Thank you.More infoAl Biernat's - North DallasPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• North Dallas•4.8

- RRandeDallas - Fort Worth •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoOur table for 6 was ready right on time, and our server was excellent- attentive and prompt and friendly. She was quite professional. We’ve eaten there many times and the food was, as usual, delicious. We never felt rushed, and we never felt neglected! The other story is that when I made this reservation, the system had no tables for 6 available at the time I needed, so I grabbed one for 4 and one for 2. I wrote a brief comment to Hudson House - Lakewood that it was a disappointment. Within an hour I received a notice and an updated email that my reservation had been changed to 6! I keep dining there because of customer service over all categories. RandeMore infoHudson House - LakewoodPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Lakewood / White Rock Lake•4.8
