   Made a reservation for 12:45pm. Upon arrival the manager came up the host & said out loud to not seat anybody for at least 10 minutes. Well 15 minutes of sitting around, they finally seated me outside. Then it was another 15 minutes before anybody came up & took my order. I placed my order finally with the sweet server. The manager did come out to me to explain that he was having staffing problems & a brand new bartender, (because the current bartender did not show up). I told him I understand that running a restaurant can be tough. Then nobody came around for another 10 minutes, so I moved from the outside to bar, where I could at least order a beer. They finally served me in the bar. I have been a pretty loyal customer at RA. However, this was not a pleasant experience & I believe I will take my business somewhere else in the future.

   This is a great all-around eatery with outstanding service. The sushi bar staff was friendly and engaging, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic, but what truly made my day was seeing all the employees wearing breast cancer awareness shirts. As a survivor, it was heartwarming to see the community actively supporting awareness and showing their solidarity.

   Haven’t been here in few years actually before Covid, decided to make reservations and I strongly recommend you do this if your going to this restaurant got about six seated right away. Server came over we ordered our drinks. We tried the sake sangria so good. I followed that with a cucumber margarita, even better, had the Las Vegas roll, some of the dumplings and had the RA-Men soup it was delicious. did this with a side of fried rice threw the fried rice in the soup and it made it even better. If you haven’t gone here, you will love it.

   First, why do they serve the sushi dishes before the non sushi dishes. I had to watch mostvif the table eat, then they had to wait/watch me eat. Sushi was good but my chicken Katzu was undercooked and tough. The prices are fairly high for what you get, would at least expect them to be well prepared. Service was rushed and impersonal. Just a poor overall experience for a semi upscale place. Had a similar experience prior and wanted to give them a second chance. There will not be a third.

   We went there for date night. Went around 4pm. All the staff members were super cranky. Lady that walked us to our table didn’t say a word to us or even look at us. Waitress seemed super rushed even though it wasn’t busy yet. She wasn’t very personable. Seemed fake.

   Went to RA for first time with a date. Gluten free for her which they had a separate menu for those items to pick from. The salmon dinner was excellent along with the salmon sushi rolls we had❗️Service was great and the manager made sure we were happy with everything🤗 They even took a free photo and gave it to us to remember our date night❗️We will definitely be back to RA❗️🤗

   We made a reservation for 6. I’m pretty sure they were short handed. There weren’t many tables seated. It took a long time for us to get what we ordered. The waitress even said she would comp us something since we waited so long. Saw a few tables sit and get their food and go before we got our food. Were there for over an hour and a half. We understand if they are short handed. But don’t tell us you will comp something if you aren’t going to do it.

   My wife and I made reservations through open door for 6pm. She had a client cancel on her so we arrived at RA early and they were able to seat us. Our waitress was attentive but not overly. Food was good as always. The noise level was a little louder then when we've previously been to RA. Over all everything was really good, and we enjoyed our dinner.
