   I became a fan of Ztejas 20 yrs ago when they opened a fun restaurant in Las Vegas. While the Paradise Rd has long been closed I do seek out their brand every rare opportunity I have to visit Austin. They introduced me to Southwestern cuisine which I love. The Kyle TX location continues the modern decor, fun, atmosphere I enjoyed & was not surprised that their signature Margarita menu still stands out. Great menu, food & service.

   We were seated and no service came for 10 minutes. It was obnoxiously loud and not at all a place to enjoy a meal. We walked out before a server ever bothered to show up

   Seated quickly with reservation. Weekend brunch buffet til 2pm. Fajitas good enjoyed food and atmosphere

   Came with some friends. We had Snapper, meatloaf and mushroom and pork enchiladas. Food was good and unique flavors. Not your typical Mexican food. Vegetables were nicely done. Don’t recommend the meatloaf though. Too sweet and barbecue like. Nice atmosphere but between the live music and the crowd noise it was impossible to hear conversation at your table. I hope they put in some acoustic baffles soon. It really diminishes the experience.

   The food is delicious. I guess by telling us the restaurant is a high end Mexican Restaurant that means they don't serve chips and salsa. I have eaten at other "high end Mexican Restaurants " where that was not the case. Our server was friendly when we were finally attended to. The manager saw us sitting with no service and did nothing to remedy that. If they want to be known for high end cuisine, they need to have top notch service. We will go back because the food is very good.

   Our server for Sunday brunch was Aaron, and he was terrific. We were a large group (9) with two adult birthdays and 3 children under the age of 8. Noisy. A drink was spilled. Aaron did a wonderful job, remained patient and good natured. However, there was another server who was supposed to be helping Aaron. Every request for more coffee or additional silverware was met with an eye roll and an expression of extreme annoyance. When it was time to pay our bill and leave, there was considerable discussion about how to leave a tip that would only go to Aaron. The buffet was good. One adult ordered a la carte, and there were 3 kids' meals. One little comment: When there are 3 kids to keep happy, it would be great if their food came out first. We nearly had to lasso one hungry kiddo! All is well.

   We had been here before, but did not remember that it was this noisy. My food was ok-I had the trout but without the sauce because I am allergic to avocados. It was a little dry- needed the sauce! My husband had the red fish, which was hard to find, as it was overwhelmed by the crab concoction piled on it. Wine list was limited. We wanted Prosecco, which they did not have. The red wine we had was ok. Our server was conscientious and pleasant. All in all, not a great experience.

   So good. Always an amazing experience. Chris was awesome and did such a great job teaching us how to make shrimp tostada bites. Heather (Maestro Dobel rep) was amazing, and what a wealth of information about tequila and mezcal. They made our night so special. We had to hit the bar after to keep the good times rolling

    This is our second visit to this location. We went at Happy hour and the prices were fantastic! The food was delicious as always & service impeccable!
