Easy reservation, seated right away. Ambiance was great, but very loud. Service was excellent. Prices were decent for NYC, but you get what you pay for, and the food was just okay, honestly just not very flavorful. It says a lot when it’s an Italian place and the garden salad was everyone’s favorite.

A great Italian restaurant in the Chelsea area of Manhattan that serves a delicious Neapolitan pizza. We observed pasta dishes and appetizers that also looked very appealing. I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting or living in Manhattan, worth the trip from Times Square.

The food is wonderful and not the issue at all. I recently moved to Chelsea and this is a local restaurant that I would like to dine at often. However each time I am there the service leaves something to be desired. IMO there is no incentive for them to do better as a 20% tip is added onto the bill. The place seems so disorganized and it is frustrating watching the staff run around. It took 2.5 hours to dine ( with no coffee, dessert or appetizers.). We got desserts to go. The first 30 mins ( at least) was spent waiting for our order to be taken! … ALL OF 3 MINS and watching the restaurant fill with patrons. We tend to dine off hours to avoid the crowds. With that being said going at peak hours to dine must be horrendous. I truly hope that they get it together soon. I have never been there when service was great ( no matter the day or how many people were in the dining room ) They could do so much better and probably turn a much bigger profit as well.
