   It was a great New Years staff was great! Food was fantastic the only thing I will say is we were seated in a room off of the main restaurant. Other than the food the best part of the restaurant is the views and the ambiance. It felt like we were put in a corner and not even in the same restaurant.

   We had an amazing culinary experience for the NYE -- four course pre-fix menu. The service, food, and drinks were exceptional. Each course was highly crafted with complex depth of flavor and beautifully presented. The portions were generous and filling. The cocktails were a delightful compliment to the food. Overall, Zest is a favorite Lehigh Valley fine dining gem and we are grateful to have such a high quality gourmet experience in South Bethlehem. We highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

   Like the 3501 Grill so was looking forward to coming here. New Years Eve 4 course special had a nice variety from appetizers to entrees but not necessarily made to order. The Halibut was room temp and tough but the roasted potatoes were scalding hot with burnt bacon bits. Seafood Garganelle was rich and satisfying but also a little tough. Cocktails are very good, one of the better Manhattans I've had. Wish the view was better from the dining area, can't really see much and we sat at a bar table. Service was excellent...

   We went to Zest for our New Years Eve dinner. The menu was fixed price and it did provide for a nice range of offerings for the evening. My wife and I ordered different selections and we were very pleased with each of our individual coarse selections. All were very good. For our entree's my wife had the filet mignon and I had the seafood garganelle. Both were excellent. Of particular note was the dessert offering of pink champagne cake and cookies and cream cheesecake. You got a portion of each, these desserts were excellent and a perfect end to a terrific meal. Additionally the view from this roof top restaurant is fantastic plus the parking in the next door parking garage was easy and free with the 2 hour token provided by the restaurant. A perfect way to end 2024 and start 2025. Well done Zest!

   Where do I even begin? I had the most wonderful experience visiting Zest for NYE dinner! Johnny was our waiter and he was kind, attentive and patient. Our water never had a moment to reach the bottom of our glasses before refilled. The prefix menu for the evening offered outstanding options and every entree was bursting with flavor. The most grateful piece of the evening- upon confirming my reservation the day prior, I spoke with Jackie on the phone. We chatted a bit and I let her know that it was my birthday and would so appreciate a table with a great view. Our reservation was at 5pm, we had THE BEST seat in the house, a corner table surrounded by windows where we were able to view the fireworks without obstruction! Upon being seated I was greeted with birthday wishes. All of that said, these gestures who may seem small to some, made my day! I hope they get to see this review because they are wonderful from service, to food, to ambiance and beyond. 10/10- I cannot wait to go back again!!

   Despite having a reservation for two, our table was not ready. I believe we ended up being seated 10 minutes late. We watched several larger groups come in after us and were seated immediately. It appeared that when we were seated other tables were available. My wife ordered the butcher’s cut, advertised at MP. Overpriced at $60. Shame on us for not asking, but not worth it. Overall experience was mediocre. Plenty of other better options in Bethlehem.

   Had a wonderful time with my daughter and granddaughters celebrating our annual Christmas dinner. Would definitely go there again for any special occasion. Our server, Emily, was pleasant and with a great sense of humor. That's important to us as we like to have fun. The dessert was excellent.

    Zest does not disappoint. Our server Emily was outstanding, making good recommendations on drinks and food. The service was prompt and all four of us enjoyed our meal very much.
