   We both enjoyed the vegetarian tasting menu. The food is a creative spin on Ecuadorian cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. It is expensive, so if you’re looking for inexpensive Ecuadorian food, this is not it. We truly enjoyed our experience and the staff is excellent.

   Excellent restaurant. Wonderful food. Impeccable service. Fine and exquisite service. Tasty from the starter, main course and dessert. Great selection of wines. I recommend it.

   This was the best meal we have had in Quito! This restaurant is not to be missed! Food is delicious using best and freshest ingredients! Beautiful presentation and service is impeccable. Pablo our server made us feel at home !! We will always treasure our memory of Zazu and Pablo! Thank you!

   Delicious food and an attentive staff made this a wonderful dinner. For appetizers we had the octopus and the pork taquitos. Both were great and the octopus was perfectly cooked. For dinner we had the sea bass and the grupo. Again, both were perfectly cooked. The restaurant feels high end but everyone is welcomed in their casual clothes. A great experience.

   Zazu was a wonderful dining experience, my wife and I felt as though we were on a date! The ambiance was elegant, sophisticated and well designed. The menu was interesting and featured an Ecuadorian influence, both historic and modern and our dishes were delicious. The attention received from Zazu's staff was excellent and refined. The wine list ranges from the most sophisticated to local Ecuadorian wines. For all the above, Zazu was very reasonably priced! Zazu is not to be missed when in Quito Carlo Zaskorski, architect.

   Everything from amuse bouche to dessert was excellent. They were accommodating to a guest with food allergies and the prices were half what they would be in the US.

    Was expecting more. I did the tasting menu and wife got a few a la carte items. Staff was nice enough. Food was good, but overall it feels overpriced. Lots of foreigners (unsurprisingly). I wouldn’t go back. Not much character inside / pretty sterile decor. Drinks weren’t interesting - just traditional cocktails and wine.
