   The modern decor was eye catching. Right down to the place settings and serving dishes. I normally do not right reviews but it was amazing. The food was so flavorful and filling. We left with leftovers. Even the dishes to take home were nice. We will be back. Our new favorite Indian restaurant for sure!

   Food was great. Sauces were so flavorful. We had chicken saag and chicken black pepper mala- can’t remember name-were both delicious. Garlic naan was perfect.

   Enjoyed a very good lunch at Zayka: good food, friendly and good service, and a pleasant ambience. Highly recommend it for a pleasant lunch or dinner on Franklin Street.

   Authenic flavors reminding me of the food I enjoyed on my many trips to India. Along with excellent and attentive service it is an outstanding Franklin St spot.

    We were very pleasantly surprised with Zayka! Having lived in Chapel Hill for many years, we have multiple options for addressing our occasional craving for Indian Food but not one that we like so much more than the others that we keep going back. Zayka might now be that place! Given the location we were expecting it to have more of a casual or take-out vibe, but were pleasantly surprised by what they'd done with the interior space, and the food was fresh and delicious. The butter chicken (my favorite comfort food) was the best I've had locally, and we also really enjoyed the six or so fresh made sauces/dips that they provided at every table. We also ordered a cauliflower dish that was delicious, and the cocktails were very good and creative as well. We will definitely be going back!
