It was a special occasion dinner and it was our first time dining at Zarak. Once I walked into the restaurant, I smelled the aroma of the spices which made me hungry. The server was very attentive. He explained the drinks menu to us. After we ordered the drinks, he then explained to us the full menu with a few recommendations on the popular items.
The food arrived in a very decent pace instead of all dishes arrived the same time jamming up on the table. The server would make efforts to check on us timely.
We ordered the beets and burrata salad, slow cooked lamb shoulder and the Uzbeki Palaw. The portions were decent because they meant to be shared. Food were delicious. To finish the dinner, we ordered the Mum's Secret and it was delicious.
I would certainly recommend this restaurant and I would definitely go back.
