Like at her other two restaurants, the Chef's Table star leans on her Korean heritage in must-order dishes like the umami mama pizza with three kinds of mushrooms and chewy rice cakes with a four-cheese sauce and gochugaru. Pair it with cocktails that incorporate a lot of Asian ingredients—there's even a formidable spirit-free section on the menu—and get comfortable in the spacious wood-clad interior that includes front-row seats to the pizza-making action.
