    We were both looking forward to eating here, however the table was right next to the door and very brightly lit. A terrible experience. The food while ok wasn’t as good as we had hoped either. Except the pasty chef is obviously very talented the dessert courses weee a highlight. It was further disappointing that they had sold out of most wine below €200 per bottle and the wine list was littered with strike offs. In short the absolute worst 1 star we have ever dined in.

    Eine fantastische Erfahrung! Das Essen ist wirklich einmalig und auf jeden Fall diese Erfahrung wert. Wer einmal in Japan essen war, weiß, mit welcher Hingabe hier gekocht wird. Der Michelin-Stern ist mehr als verdient. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die Gastfreundschaft. Dass der Service exzellent ist, muss man glaube ich nicht erwähnen. Im Preisvergleich ist das Essen fast günstig. Die Getränkepreise sind schon recht hoch, insbesondere, wenn man an der ein oder anderen Stelle korrespondierenden Sake nimmt und eine Flasche Wein trinken möchte.

    The food was excellent. Thank you, the Chef. All my German guests were very amazed by the quality of fish and the ways the food was presented. Sashimi was fine, considering the location of the middle of the European continent. I expected the atmosphere and service of the restaurant in more Japanese manner, i.e. gentle and reserved. My guests and I had to flinch from pushy sales of alcohol.

    Ein unvergesslicher Abend mit exzellenter Küche und perfekter Service, zuvorkommend, ungezwungen und trotzdem edel. Der Kellner hat Entertainerqualitäten - eine außergewöhnliche Mischung von überragender Küche und Wohlfühlambiente

    Food and service service was without a question superb. From the moment I walked in, it was friendly but respectful, like an honored guest. I am not sure if I can fairly describe the food, but every course of the dinner was an exquisite experience. Unique flavors, textures, beautiful presentation. Also, professionally presented and paced. It's an experience that is unforgettable! The restaurant is small, which is a plus and lends to great service. The only minor complain, it's dark, and the ventilation was not optimal where I was sitting. Will I go again, definitely! And my thanks to the wonderful staff.

    Wat een heerlijke avond, zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Alle gangen zijn met zorg en passie bereidt en een heerlijke smaaksensatie, de levendigheid van de bediening past daar uitermate goed bij. Het was deze avond rustig waardoor wij ook alle aandacht kregen.
