   A very nice dining experience, with well prepared food. Nothing too exciting or original but like a fine dining experience. Not too very many options on the menu. A few things were a bit pricey. Big focus on expensive steaks. Good service. Beautiful space. A bit quiet and dark.

   A little spendy but,.....you are in Yosemite and it takes a lot to make it happen up here. The service was great, quiet , rustic atmosphere and great food. I hghly recommend the Mountain room for a break from the concession/backpack food. Live a little .

   We love this restaurant and eat here annually. Over three nights we ate all the vegetarian items on the menu--quinoa-lentil stuffed squash, portabella mushroom burger, soup, salads, mushroom pasta, burrata, even mocktails (mango is best) and vegan dessert, an ice cream sandwich. The staff is lovely, friendly, and helpful; the room, with high ceilings and great artwork is perfect. It's a fitting ending to a day outdoors.

   Very disappointing experience. Setting and ambience nice, service ok but not stellar for the price. Food took over 30 minutes to be served and was underwhelming at best. My husband’s burger was overcooked even though he had a choice on he wanted it cooked. My pasta dish was bland, pasta overcooked and dry (either not enough sauce or dish was sitting too long and sauce got absorbed). This was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had and definitely overpriced.

   Amazing views with out table next to the tall windows. Fabulous service from hosts, waiters, and bus staff. Highly recommend this place!

   Over the last several years we have found the mountain room to be very consistent with excellent service, fine cocktails, and good food. The shareable bread on the menu is a winner. The salmon was very good. Attentive and pleasant staff who work well together as a team.

   The service was slow and they ran out of the appetizers we wanted. It was like they were surprised that they had customers. we are dining with them again tomorrow night and are hoping it is better. The problem is that it is November in Yosemite and there are just not very many choices. They are charging a lot now to visit this national park and if this is how it is going to be, they need to get their act together and up their game. They know that they are sold out, the roads are wide open, so get the supplies you need! I spoke with the manager and he assured me that our next meal would be better. I will let you know!

    Nice dinner experience again. Group of six of us for dinner. We were seating right on time at a comfortable table. Noise level was fine and we were all able to hear each other in conversations. Our waiter was excellent and overall service was on point.
