Using traditional Hakata Yakitori cooking techniques passed down through generations, our skilled chefs grill Hawaii's natural ingredients to perfection. We are committed to sourcing the very finest ingredients from Hawaii's many talented farmers, fisherman, and purveyors. A wide range of beer, wine, nihonshu (sake), shochu, chuhai and highballs are available to complement our Yakitori.

Food was excellent and restaurant ambiance was perfect in every way. Our server was friendly and attentive. My only complaint is the yakitori chef was very stoic and almost uncomfortably unfriendly. We sat at the bar seating area so he was right in front of us the whole time we dined but he never once acknowledged us, let alone smile or even asked how we were enjoying the meal. Maybe his English wasn’t so great but whatever the reason, a smile head nod would have done the trick.

They had a wonderful happy hour menu! We enjoyed the omakaze. The service was good and the atmosphere was very nice. Parking was easy any a local parking lot about a block away.

Best dinning experience for Omakse, loved the service and at a reasonable cost. We go Japan every summer , although my son loved it because of the diversity and simplicity of the dishes. Would highly recommend and surpised that the kids were well behaved because they were anticipating the next dish.

Exceptional service, exceptional value. We lucked out and happened to be there for an anniversary omakase special but they regularly offer a happy hour omakase for $35 that is absolutely insane for Honolulu. The staff was amazing and helpful, the space is understated but lovely and cozy. Food hit every mark. The only thing I would do differently would be to pass on the A5 wagyu supplement. Didn’t hit for me but might for others! The quality was certainly there. Cannot imagine a better meal under $40 (before drinks and tip) in the city. 10/10 would go again!!
