   Great Chilean Sea Bass, and Scallops—both with a citrus sauce. Our Anniversary Dinner included a complimentary Chocolate Cake which we took home. Delicious.

   We started with cocktails which were modest in size but not in price. Next, we sampled soup. One lobster bisque and two baked onion. The bisque was very good, but not impressive. The onion soup was luke warm at best. The onions seemed to be simply sliced and places in the broth, rather than being caramelized before adding to the soup. There was a small amount of cheese which could have been bigger and a slice of bread which seemed to be leftover stale bread added to the soup. The sea bass was served with a nice sauce, was moist and delicious. While the size might have been a bit bigger, it was a hit with my dining companion. The two rib eye steaks, both prepared medium rare, were average. Cutting into the meat, one might argue that it was prime grade due to the consistency and appearance. It was coated with a bit too much salt and it had no searing on the outside. At steak houses of this caliber, one expects the steak to be cooked in a cast iron pan, then finished in the over. That is not the case here as the steaks were a medium brown and quite soft on the outside. Overall, a good meal and it would be worth trying this restaurant once more on a week night as it was high school home coming that night and it was busy. Our server, Madison, was very nice and when we asked her to slow the pace as we were not in a hurry, she complied nicely. One theme we noted with her and another staff was that at each visit to the table, they asked if we wanted another cocktail. As some might consider this very good service, others might feel that it is overselling drinks.

   We were in town to play golf the following day and wanted to find a good restaurant to meet our customers. The decor was very modern, the service team was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent (we all got different steaks). The only downside, which is a stretch, is it was pretty cold inside the restaurant. One of our party was in shorts and short sleeve shirt, he got cold. The rest of us were fine though. We are going to be back next year so plan to not only go to this restaurant, but also stay at the hotel it's attached to.

    Food was great. Steak was overcooked but they fixed it quickly with a new one that was perfect. Wine list could be upgraded a bit.
