    Superior food & service! They have the best deals daily for lunch 11AM-2PM ON TOP of happy hour Monday through Friday from 4PM-7PM! The drinks are def a bang for yo buck with food that gotcha coming back more!! The location is really ideal with the validated parking for a flat rate of $14 @ Grant Park North on Michigan and Madison a block away from their restaurant!!! Their Monday-Thursday weekday special is a hit too that’s real unique in that area.

    The server was not always on top of the service. Fish was served without tartar sauce. Dessert was served without utensils. The check was presented before I received my dessert. Dessert took at least 15 minutes after dinner ended. My friends did not have dessert and had to just sit there all of that time waiting on me. Timing is everything!

    First time. The server was not engaged after I didn’t like my appetizer, fried pickles. The batter was too heavy. I also had catfish and fried wings with a side of greens. The greens, catfish, and winds were pretty good. I thought the wings would be dipped in sauce but they were lightly drizzled. I’d give it another try. The space was very black which I loved.

    Service was extremely slow. Clearly not staff for the small/medium crowd in on a Monday evening. Wait staff was extremely nice but lots of things slipping through cracks. Took us 35 mins to get drinks. Food came before we received drinks. Portion sizes were good and food was hot.

    Ariel was a great server. Overall we loved the soul rolls. fried pickles, fried fish/chicken/shrimp platter, the turkey tips and links, greens, mac n cheese, and baked beans. The drinks were great too the only complaint would be our grilled 1/2 bbq chicken was very dry.
