Upon arrival for our reservation at 5p the hostess informed us that there is another party booked for our table at 6:15 as she gathered our menus. Extremely odd interaction and distasteful frankly to be assigned a 75 min clock. We were seated in the overflow area behind the bar where there were several other empty tables. After ordering several apps, mains and drinks enjoying ourselves and the service from our waitress, the same hostess arrived at our table while we were awaiting a round of drinks from the bar to inform us that another party had arrived for our table while there were still three other equally sized tables available. Our waitress was not sure why this was happening either - never experienced this anywhere in my life. This was either extremely poor judgment by the hostess or poor culture when it comes to how they treat their paying customers. Nice spot but your money can be spent at other establishments that can properly schedule their tables and treat their paying customers with the appropriate respect. Our waitress specifically was very kind and we of course provided her the nice tip that was deserved.

We made reservations for 6pm for 4 people on a Saturday night, Jan 22,2024. The restaurant was quite packed. As we told reception we were there With our reservation, we were promptly told that we had an hour and 15 minutes to eat. I have never been told something like that when entering a restaurant with a reservation. Unfortunately we rushed the entire time. It was supposed to be a special dinner belated Valentines and birthday combined. We had 10 minutes left when the waitress walked over and said would you like dessert? I thought how would we even have time. The stress of ordering quickly and deciding exactly what we want quickly. We should’ve just ignored what they said and we wanted to do, but we are thoughtful people we left immediately after dinner without dessert. I will be going back to Bill’s. The bill was 180 some dollars and then with a $30 tip we spent over 200 bucks. Totally not worth it to feel that rushed. Shame on you Will and Bills! Next time we’ll Stick to downtown in Royersford or true Food kitchen in King of Prussia.

We couldn’t believe how packed Will’s & Bill’s was, but our reservation had our table ready. Food and service were great as always. Our server even wished my friend a happy birthday.

Everything was outstanding, in particular the service. Sarah was friendly, informative and really showed a lot of passion for her work. It was nice to see and really enhanced the dining experience.
