Requested no cheese; came with cheese. They did provide item with no cheese, but sure was a simple request to screw up. Prices are absurd, truly. $9 for basically a large thimble of onion soup is just ridiculous. Waiter was fine, not his fault except for not checking the order correctness before setting it in front of me.

We had a fabulous meal. This was our first, but not last time at Wildfire. A little pricey and tricky to find through the mall (we weren’t able to enter through the outside door but I understand it’s usually open) but we thoroughly enjoyed it. My brother-in-law had forgotten his hearing aids but we were able to have a conversation and he was able to hear us.

Our service was outstanding. Our waitress, Jessica, was professional and courteous. Also, she was attentive. She made our attendance worthwhile and made us want to return. Our entrée and dessert were delicious.

We visit once in a while because the service is great and the location convenient. Tried the Friday night special, beef Wellington, a dish that is hard to do well. The first one came out with raw dough on one side and a large gap in the pastry on the other. Manager swiftly apologized and I had another within 10 minutes. This one had cooked puff pastry and another large open gap area near the base. At least the meat was perfectly medium rare. However, they don’t understand how to wrap the pastry, so it’s not a dish I’d recommend. My partner’s bison burger was good, juicy and they added cooked mushrooms for him at no charge. Service remains outstanding.

All food was prepared well and as requested. In addition, the food arrived warm and timely. The servers were professional and knowledgeable while being appropriately friendly. I have held multiple business meetings over lunch or dinner at this restaurant and find it to be a positive and appropriate environment.

We enjoyed our dining experience at Wildfire in Tysons last night. As always, we were greeted and seated at the location I had requested and pleasantly surprised to have Wilma waiting on our table a long with the other staff. We look forward to seeing her, and she is not only a great waitress, but she always has a big smile on her face greeting us too and a charming personality. She is Wildfire’s secret for bring us back over and over again. We had the Sunday night Turkey special and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant and ask to be seated with Wilma, it will make the dining experience even more memorable.
