Our philosophy is to attempt to source wild-caught fish, local pasture-raised poultry and grass-fed poultry, as well as plant-based meals that promise to be flavorful options to those who choose to eat meat-free. We offer allergen sensitive options for gluten-free, dairy-free, nut and seed free. Whenever possible we strive to offerproducts without hormones and steroids and the restaurant strives to be cruelty free and to supports local organic, biodynamic and sustainable farms. Provisions not made in house will be sourced from the coolest epicureans. Health conscious casual fine dine in a beautiful setting with live entertainment nightly. Indoor/outdoor dining. Palm Spring's Life best new restaurant and Wine Spectator award winner. GREAT FOOD, GREAT DRINKS, and a GREAT TIME!

    We enjoyed the Muiri wine pairing dinner. What a wonderful experience! The food and wine was fabulous. It was our first time at this restaurant and I am anxious to return to try their entire menu.

    Great Miura Wine Pairing Dinner with some of the best red wines I've ever tasted from master sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji. Great food and service in a very pleasant setting with reasonable noise level. Only downside was that it was a bit stuffy and could have used some ceiling fans or turned up the air conditioning. All in all a great evening and highly recommend.

    We thoroughly enjoyed the wine dinner we went to at Wildest. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the level of education about the wines was excellent. Great place to enjoy a beautiful dinner, meet new friends, and taste some new wines. Looking forward to the next one!

    We went for Miura wine dinner. The cocktail was the best of the beverages. The wine was good. The star was the food. The tuna tartare started was fabulous. The second course was a lobster bisque. It was an absolute killer and totally unexpected. Thought we might get a tiny portion of lobster but it was quite generous and deliciously prepared (spoon please). Third was meatballs that were super but the star was the squash blossom. Dessert was tasty and light. Overall a great meal and experience. Only disappointed it took us two years to find. We will definitely see you next February.

    Food was delicious! We had cauliflower and bread as appetizers, the wedge salad plus salmon, filet mignon, and short ribs as entrees. So good. We sat outside and it was quiet and so lovely with the lights and artwork. Inside was hopping and noisy with live music but it was almost unnoticeable outside. The server was training another person and was narrating the processes as he was opening and serving the wine and that was a little odd. But service was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed our evening at Wildest and would go again.

    From the fist impression to the meal the experience was fabulous. Our waitress was great the food was outstanding. I can’t say enough good about Wildest! I will be back!

    Thank you Charissa and team for making my wife’s 60th birthday a night to remember. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The food and service (thank you Paige!) was fantastic and we look forward to sharing many more meals and special moments at Wildest.
