Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

    Our waiter Donald was first rate. The three course feature was a first experience here. Two thumbs up. Certainly was good value and made for a lower bill than the last time I was here.

    The food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. The prix fixe menu was a great deal. Service was a little slow getting seated and getting our initial order placed, but servers were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a nice experience. I would go back and recommend it to others.

    Truly amazing dishes and drinks at Wild Blue! Had some of the best bluefin tuna of our lives, unique and excellent cocktails, a stellar fine wine selection, plus everyone who works there is so kind and fun. Quickly became one of our favorite restaurants in Whistler Village!

    Great first time experience at Wild blue. The room is gorgeous and inviting. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the bartenders make delicious cocktails. The menu was curated with many diverse options for anyone’s preferences. Pricey however the quality was very good. The duck was amazing and the sourdough bread, butter, and olives were great. Will definitely be back again for another visit.

    Just listen to your server. Nadia was fantastic with her recommendations. Miso beet salad Cauliflower ceaser Truffle Mac an cheese Sable fish. Meyer family Pinot noir and the cedar margarita cocktail was on point. Bathroom so lovely, you could comfortably live in there. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

    Such a great experience! A beautiful restaurant with wonderful service and excellent food. The seasonal prie fixe menu is hard to beat so not sure if we'd come back for a la carte. Otherwise we were so impressed!
