   Food was delicious. Janessa was our server…professional, personable and entertaining, she read our table perfectly. On our bucket list, checked off and will def be back again. A wonderful experience.

   Everything was tasty, the service polite but not quite warm. The restaurant was fascinating and it’s history being the reason I chose to visit. However, other than dining inside there was little connection or recognition of its history.

   Excellent experience. Love the ambiance of the restaurant. The service was very professional and the food outstanding. Prices were a bit high but everything was excellent.

   It was quiet busy on a Sunday evening when arrived there for our anniversary dinner. We were seated on time and the service was excellent. Food was excellent, as usual. We both had a Scotch egg for appetizers, which we don't often see in the USA, followed by their renowned individual Beef Wellingtons as mains, which were delicious as always! We were quite full after our main course, so split a desert to finish. Nice ambiance in the USA oldest continually operating bar and restaurant from the mid 1600's.

    The food and ambiance were amazing. Service was outstanding. The scotch egg and beef wellington were a culinary experience. Worth every penny.
