This was so awesome ! The staff was awesome Restaurant was clean Food was hot and we got it fast We have been 5 years in a row !!! This was the best time yet! Fist time we did not have to wait for a table

We went to White Castle for the special Valentine event. We were "greeted" by a staff member who asked, in an accusing tone, if we had a reservation. After assuring her that we did, she murmured "okay" and said that she'd get back with us. We waited for about 5 minutes while she then waited on tables, which we assume she was supposed to do. She eventually got back to us and announced that we'd be at table #6, like we'd know where that would be. Probably due to the blank look on our faces, she took us to a table where we sat for another 3 or 4 minutes, after which she came back and moved us to another table. All in all, it appeared to us that the staff had not been properly prepared for the sit down dinner event.
