   The White Castle Valentines Day dinner was an awesome time. Nice little limited menu and great service. If your expecting this to be a 5 star dining experience it’s not the place for you because I don’t want to hear you’re complaints. but if you like White Castle this is a fun date night for sure.

   A great time for all, as White Castle makes Valentine’s day special and affordable and a fun day for all ages. The serving staff could not have been nicer!

   Manager Dawn took very good care of us. It was a little chilly in the dining room but the service was otherwise great!

   The waiter was very friendly but she was the only one working the floor because it was under staffed. It was also cold in the building. Overall we still had a nice time and will do it again but maybe at a diferent location.

   Delightful way to spend Valentines Day. Valentine decorations, cheerful table service, and those great onion rings and sloppy joe sliders made this a terrific meal!

   Terrible experience. Service was bad, but food was worse. Wrong order served twice. Hamburgers were lukewarm, overcooked, and tasteless. No effort by staff to make this a fun experience. We've eaten at While Castle (different locations) on Valentine's Day in previous years and had a great time. This was truly awful. If this location doesn't want to commit to the concept, then just don't participate. Don't spoil a special occasion for your customers.

   This was an annual special event that I was always curious about. It was just what i expected cheesy and a little cute. I hear families make it a tradition. Not sure that we will. The staff is not accustomed to table waiting and ordering as it is a fast food place and it showed big time. V-day menu seems typical of their usual menu.
