   Excellent service! But the place was way too loud, especially for 3 pm. The TV and music were way too loud.

   I spent my anniversary here, I made a special request to surprise my wife. They came through above and beyond what I expected. I asked for a white rose and a card. They didn’t have the card but instead one of the managers cut out a heart from paper and write what I requested, plus there was a beautiful heart of flower pedals arranged on the table. The ambiance of the white lighted trees they have was superb. Cindy set the bar higher by making it such a perfect evening for us. I owe a huge thank you to her and as well our fantastic server Renee, he did an outstanding job was out going and showed he loved his job made us feel just fantastic. Will drive 30 minutes any time to come back here.

   Meat was flavorless, was not cooked as desired and one of the steaks that we got had a funky smell. The wife ended up leaving half her plate.

   The waiter was awful, he took forever to get us plates at first, making the appetizers get cold, also he forgot my side of macaroni and cheese. When we needed thigs he woukd take forever or woukd get lost. Really hard to get ahold of him, at the end he gave us the bill but forgot to comeback to give my payment. Just awful

   The service my parents and I received from our waiter Rene was incredible. The food was yummy but the service is what made our experience memorable. Thank you, Rene and chophouse team!

    Our waiter that came over at the beginning was going a mile a minute and didn’t contribute to a relaxed experience. The young lady that he worked with afterwards rescued things
