    My cousin lives in Vegas and met me for lunch yesterday. I chose Water Grill at the Forum Shops at Caesars. We started with the crabcake appetizer to share. It was moist and delicious and had a nice aioli, too. The bread service was yummy sourdough dinner rolls with salted butter. The rolls were good but a little too dense. For lunch, I had the bluefin toro tartare. It was a hands-on experience. I made little rolls with the seaweed squares topped with a small amount of sticky rice and the tuna. I don’t even think I used it third of the rice on the plate. There was no way I could fill those little seaweed squares with that much rice. It was very tasty, though. Our server Shawn asked if we were celebrating anything and I told her that Karen just got engaged so when we were finished with our lunch, she brought out a warm trio cookie topped with vanilla ice cream. The cookie was a third each of chocolate, chocolate chip and oatmeal. It was warm and delicious with the best vanilla ice cream. Our service Shawn provided great service and was very engaging, the staff was on top of serving the food and removing empty plates. I would definitely recommend dining at Water Grill.

    We come here often and usually everything is spot on. Today, not as much. Two in our party ordered the tacos and both said it was just ok. I had the Spanish octopus and it was hard and tough. Disappointing. We will be back, but hope they step their game back up.

    Outstanding! We both had the clam chowder and it was amazing. 3 clams. Vegetables. Thinly sliced potatoes. Soup was light for being so creamy. The sushi was the best my wife ever had. The grilled swordfish with the the squash spaghetti and tapenade was outstanding and the portion size was perfect! Being it was our anniversary, I requested a booth. They put us in an amazing candle lit spot that when we sat down the table had red rose petals across it and with a Happy Anniversary card signed by the crew. They even gave us an amazing dessert for free!! 100% excellent experience! I only wish I could have gotten our waiter's name, because he was perfect.

    Crab cake was OK, little less bread crumbs and it would approach Eddie V's standard. My cioppino had mussels that had not opened in it. Shrimp and Crab in the shell and a mess to deal with. Sea bass was perfectly cooked
